Urges for weight loss


I have watched the overeating workshop and now the urge jar program. It’s been a week and I already see so much change in a positive way.

I have a problem though, because sometimes, my urges are not only physical. My brain takes part of it, and start rationalizing that I should eat more, because I’m doing CrossFit and I need energy. A lot fo this kind of thoughts – like it’s too restrictive. When I know (though not 100%) that my protocol I created for me is good. But when my thoughts like that start to come up, it keeps me from just feeling the urge and letting it go, it starts a conversation in my head because I believe what I’m thinking.

Any guidance on that?
