Urges Galore!


I started the 100 urges list today to help with buffering with social media, email, and TV. I’ve already had 10 urges before the day is over! I knew I buffered a lot but I’m still surprised. Is this an appropriate way to use the list? And should I expect my urges to go down after doing the 100 or just find that they’re easier to deal with after the 100? Thanks!
