Urges – LD


Hi

How do you feel an urge? How do you move towards it? If you do something while feeling the urge that does not give a -ve net consequence how do you focus on the activity and also allow the urge without ignoring the urge…For Eg go for a walk and listen to music or podcast? How do you focus on the music or podcast plus allow and be present with your urge? By the way, I am referring to urges to overeat 😫
