I listened to it this morning and have resisted like 10 urges already today. Mostly around these cookies my husband bought and drinking soda.
Question — when I’m tracking 100 urges, can they be about anything or should I stick to a category like Food/drink?
One urge I resisted today was to check FB while sticking to my time blIckes schedule…so I put it on the list!
