So at night time when I’m watching TV, I get what I call ‘little urges’ about eating snacks. Each of these ‘little urges’ may only last a minute or so, but I can get 5 or more of them at a time, with a few minutes apart from each one. They just keep popping in my head, but I just let them pass me by.
Would I put a bead in the jar? Or are these just thoughts instead of urges because they pass by so quickly? Or are they considered urges and I would put the 5 beads or more in the jar?
