Using a bridge thought


Working on a model with a coach, she suggested that I use a “bridge” thought. Which is great because I was stuck so far, I could not find any compelling thought to achieve my result.
Now I’m wondering how I will know when this bridge thought is assimilated by my brain and that I am ready to work on the next thought.
My guess is that I have to work on an entire bridge model, so when I get to its bridge result, I can move toward the next model, until I reach the target intentional model.
Is this how it work?
