Using coaching tools for grieving


My understanding of grieving is that it is a process of processing all the emotions that come up when you experience deep loss. I feel like time has to be spent feeling bad, sad, mad, etc, and that it wouldn’t really serve me to try to change those feelings by looking for different thoughts.

My question is how can coaching help me feel the feelings and give myself compassionate space? Are there any specific tools you recommend?
