Using My Tine At The Office Vs. Using My Time At Home

Hi everyone, I work full time and have 3 hours of commute each day. I see myself as really productive at work but struggle getting things done at home. I often take as an excuse being late, being tired or being stressed by what happened this given day at work not to do anything. I can manage sometimes pushing myself but the emotions I create in order to do so (shame, stress…) are not my favorite. What would be good thoughts for me to practice in order to start getting more things done at home? Thank you!
