Using the model on mending relationships

I just started Scholars in August and am getting a ton of value. One of the reasons I joined Scholars is to work on reducing overwhelm. One of the results I have created in my life due to not managing overwhelm is not showing up in relationships. Specifically, there are people that I’ve “ghosted” with no explanation. I’d like to reconnect in these relationships, but am stuck and struggling with how to do this. Can you give advice on how I can use the model to work on my thoughts and get the result I want, which is to be able to talk again with a person I’ve disconnected from for a year or more.
