Using the Model to increase Self-Worth

Hi there!  I heard a great concept in a coaching call about the Model.  What is the point in trying to attain a goal if we lack self worth?  The goal should be to increase a sense of self worth and the pursuit of the goal should be the work to get there.  My question is – can you point me in the direction of resources in the study vault or suggest episodes of the podcast that talk about increasing self worth and setting goals around this?  Much appreciated!
