Is it ok to use a program like Weight Watchers as my protocol? I like the tracking aspect of the plan which helps me to be accountable. But I’m also doing the model, thought downloads, and using the tools from “If I’m So Smart, Why Can’t I Lose Weight?” I’m almost finished watching the Stop Overeating program and I notice that I’m barely hungry. A lot of what I’ve been experiencing is cravings. I feel very hopeful that Scholars is what I’ve been waiting for after 15 years of being obese.
