I REALLY want to believe the Model and that my Thoughts creates my Feelings and my Actions however I am having a hard time with it. I’m also new to SCS but have listened to your podcast and applied the model in theory. Now that I’m doing the work it’s a lot harder for me.
My question: how do you incorporate the model into your life in a way you start believing it? Do you have a daily practice you do with the model in your routine? I’ve been completing the model in my workbook on my purpose however I have a gazillion thoughts about other things unrelated to my purpose I would like to work out. There are also some feelings I’ve adopted as a habit and can’t find my thought around it. I also don’t know why I am not taking action on some of my goals; obviously feeling defeated maybe overwhelmed by it all.
