Vacation help

I’m on vacation right now, and I’m thinking that it will be impossible to lose or maintain weight while on vacation. Here is my model:

C: I eat while on vacation
T: It will be impossible to lose weight while on vacation
F: Helpless
A: Half-hearted attempts at planning protocol, don’t really stick to protocol, self-sabotage
R: I fail to lose or even gain weight

Can you help me come up with some empowering thoughts so I can switch my emotion to empowered, in charge, etc.?
