My husband and I am going on a cruise this Friday. We are going with two other couples. I am working on losing weight and so far I have lost 8 pounds in 5 weeks. I struggle on the weekends because of the social aspects of eating and drinking so the thought of going on a cruise ship filled with alcohol and food for a week has got me in a bit of a panic. My conscious brain is aware of all the right things to do but I know it will be difficult to be faced with food and beverages all day and all night. I have index cards with my compelling reasons to lose weight. I will literally carry them with me and read them a couple/few times a day to remind me. I know to focus on the rest of the fun and get enjoyment from them. I am hoping that you can give me some great advice to get through this upcoming week without gaining a single pound!
