Hi Brooke,

Now that Valentine’s Day is around the corner, I’m starting to get anxiety about what I will see on Facebook. 🤦🏻‍♀️💔

My husband never has and never will make posts about me on Facebook. This has bothered me ever since we have been married (3 years). I have brought it up to him several times and he just says, “I’m sorry- I just don’t care about that kind of stuff”. It seems to me that everyone else on my facebook shares their love life and what their significant other gifts them with during the holidays. Seeing this hurts me and makes me bitter with Josh.

Here’s the thing- I know Josh loves me and didn’t do anything wrong. I understand this is just how he does things and I realize that I cannot change him. I know this is 100% my issue.

Even though I seem to believe that he loves me, I still get hurt when I think that other women are getting “shown off” and “displayed” by their husbands and I am not.

Any insight will help me so much. Thank you Brooke!
