Valuing myself and frustration

Hi, I was hoping you could help me unpack some of my thinking. In 2022 I want to take excellent care of myself (nutritionally and also from an organizational standpoint). Now when I take good care of myself (mostly not overeating) my brain instead of saying “wow, girl you are on it” is objecting and making it feel like a punishment. I want to break out of this habit and my main thought is, this objectionable thinking “this is unfair, I don’t want to do this.”   I want my thinking to be easier. I want to be able to think “this is how we create momentum to be the person I want to become” without resistance. Thoughts?
