F-frustrated
A-resent running the show
R-Show doesn’t turn out as well
Intentional
C-Variety Show Volunteers
T- ???
F-Excited
A-run the show with happiness
R-Great Show

Thanks for your help on this one. Maybe “I can simplify the show since there parents are unwilling to volunteer?” But that sounds too negative to get me to the feeling of “excited.”
