Hi, there. I came up with the following model and I’m not sure it makes sense.

C: On phone with mother who changes subject from talking about our relationship to asking about kids.
T: My mother doesn’t understand me.
F: Frustrated
A: Change subject, withdraw, think “here we go again.”
R: I’m not sure I want a fully functional relationship with my mother

Does the above make sense? I’m not sure there is a direct link between the T — she doesn’t understand me — and the R. But the actions seem to make sense with the Result.
