I was noticing a vibration in my body this morning and was really seeing that I could have labeled it fear (being scared) or excited (that kind of excited scared) And then when I did the models, I fooled around with a thought for each, “There is a lot to be scared about my trip vs. There is a lot to be excited about my trip.” Of course each thought gave me a completely different result and my action was to be either looking out for all that could go wrong or anticipating all that would be great.” So, this isn’t really a question, I would just like to know your thoughts about this.
