Victim Mindset

Hello! I’ve just started the November work (3 days in!) and have noticed that my models each day are around the idea that I have too much negative emotion. It feels like it’s been 80/20 and I know this is a result of my brain! I think I am putting myself into victim mode… My models each day have had the unintentional feeling as “judgment” (judging that I have too much negative, judging that something has gone wrong etc)…. But I am starting to think maybe my feeling should be victimized. Are they any resources you could point me in the direction of that can help me realise when I am creating a victim mindset? Are there some telltale signs or questions I could ask myself?
