Victim Model

Circumstance – Goal of getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night
Thought – Sleep is a major issue and I’ll deal with it later.
Feeling – victim
Action – Don’t show up – stay in bed and scroll on phone and go to bed at midnight, don’t look at how to make it easy, feel victim like
R – I don’t deal with it at all and I create drama around it

i’m wondering how to clean this up and have a clearer Result.
