Hello,

I have been using vinegar on my salad and was wondering is there any kind of vinegar I should avoid due to sugar content? I have been using red wine and champagne and have held off on balsamic because somewhere in my head I think I heard it was high in sugar. If that is not the case, I would love to mix it up. Just looking for some direction.
