I know you’ve mentioned that supplements, such as powdered vitamins, are considered “pre-digested” food and off protocol. However, my fingernails are very weak. They peal and rip and break a lot. I’ve noticed that when I diligently take my powered vitamins everyday, my nails get better.
How detrimental would it be if I took my powered vitamins with whole milk, maybe almond milk, or something like that, instead of my usual habit of using orange juice?
