Waking and Intermittent Fasting


Intermittent fasting has been working well for me and I typically maintain an eating window of 12-8. However, I recently started waking up 2 hours earlier, and I noticed that my body now wants to eat two hours earlier in the day. Is this something that my body will adjust to, or will I need to move my window up? Does being awake more make the same fasting window more difficult to sustain?
