Waking up Model


When I wake up, I am hit with a wave of dread. I did a model on this but would love your feedback

C: Wake Up
T: It’s all too much
F: Stress
A: Check email
R; Start the day with more stress

Intentional Model (Attempt)
C: Wake up
T: I have scheduled my day to be manageable using Monday Hour One. This is totally doable
F: ……the day still feels overwhelming

It might be helpful to identify that I have a chronic illness that can flare at any time. I am feeling like life feels overwhelming because of the uncertainty of what my body will do.

Any suggestions?
