I’m doing the 8 lbs down this month. I never thought I had an issue with food before I started this program to the point where I think I’m creating a problem now.
Is it possible to just want to eat a walnut only because you desire it and want it and not because you are buffering from a negative emotion?
The walnut was not on my protocol. My goal is to lose 5 lbs just because I want to fit in a pair of jeans I bought a couple years ago and they are now a bit too tight. Thank you!
