Wanting to want it


Brooke said in previous podcast that she wanted to WANT to run 10 miles a day. The problem is that she didn’t Want to.

I WANT to run Ultra Marathons, so I do actually run them.

I WANTED to lose weight so following Brooke’s content, I got below my goal weight.

I WANT to be someone who is alcohol free, but not as much as the other two above. My body would feel better without alcohol. I’d sleep better, I’d be able to read more. I would learn to deal with boredom without alcohol. I’d be proud of myself. I want to care for my beautiful, powerful body by eliminating alcohol.

How can I WANT to WANT IT?
