Wardrobe Thoughts

I’m working in the arena of relationships this month, as I prepare to move in with my partner in another state.

Today’s thought download included several thoughts about my clothes- specifically about my wardrobe being stupid. Although I do value being physically prepared for life, this line of thinking seems oddly intense for clothing. I notice myself actually getting really stressed out when I think critically about my wardrobe and the idea of showing up with stupid clothes. I’m excessively shuffling around my clothes but avoiding packing them for the move.

I’m having trouble deciphering what’s really going on. I want to show up to my new circumstances with confidence.

Can you please help me unpack, reframe or put this into a model? Thanks!
