This morning I scheduled two meetings at a different site and no one showed up. Here is my models on this.

A – I sent a reminder email and only received one response, I left the conference room and sat at a desk contemplating whether I should even stay at this site for the next meeting, I canceled the first meeting

C – No one showed up for the meeting
T – Maybe they had important obligations to tend to regarding the COVID-19 virus
F – Neutral
A – Reschedule for meeting, confirm the day prior, request that they either approve or decline the meeting invite to better prepare
R – ??
