"Wasting My Time"

I am trying to work on this model and would love your help.

The issue I would like to address is: Everyday I schedule to work on my screenplay and everyday I don’t honor my commitment and procrastinate online instead.

This is my model:

C= Everyday I schedule to work on my screenplay and everyday I don’t honor my commitment and procrastinate online.
T= This is a problem because I will never make it as a screenwriter unless I honor my schedule and write.
F= Worried.
A= Overeat, try to find better solutions and apps for time management, post question on Ask A Coach.
R= I have no screenplay, I waste my time, I don’t write, I don’t make it as a screenwriter.

Doing an intentional model I came up so far with this:

C= Everyday I schedule to work on my screenplay and everyday I don’t honor my commitment and procrastinate online.
T= It makes perfect sense that as long as I operate from my lower brain, that I will always rather procrastinate than to write.
F= Understanding.
A= ?
R= ?

So, this new thought above does make me feel better (understanding feels better than worried), but the feeling understanding only leaves me at a sit back pose and not spring into action, which is ultimately what I want to do.

Would love your assistance with 2-3 thoughts that will break this cycle of time wasted.
