Ways to Practice New Thoughts


Once we’ve decided on new thoughts to generate the feelings/actions/results we want, what are some of the most effective ways to ensure that those new thoughts stick? In other words, what does “practicing” new thoughts entail?

I vaguely recall Brooke mentioning writing new thoughts on note cards (although I may have heard that elsewhere). Would we then spend time reciting those daily? Are there other methods you use?
