Week 3 Assignment

I started Scholars in August and I’m loving it! After many days of tweaking, I decide my purpose is to love myself and my life, as is, in the present moment, and from that place create even more. It fits in nicely with my overall goal of improving my relationships and my career as well as managing my mind. I’m having some trouble completing Week 3’s Assignment. The one area I’m focusing on is mind management/buffer elimination, something I’ve struggled with for years. We’re asked in this assignment what we need to do to accomplish this and when we will complete each item. This is overwhelming to me because after decades of false pleasures and wrong thinking, it’s difficult finding solutions. Also, how can I set a date for when I will accomplish this?
