Hi! So in the workbook, I’m doing the Week 3 pages.
I’ve chosen deprivation as a feeling I resist.
The thoughts that cause this feeling: If I were a better person I woudln’t have to deprive myself now. By saying no, everyone can see my failure.
But I am stumped when I get to the part where I plan to allow this feeling on purpose.
Now that I’ve uncovered the thoughts I’m thinking which lead to the feeling, wouldn’t I want to work the thoughts and change their outcome so I’m not feeling deprivation for those reasons?
