Week 3 homework


Hi Brooke!

The area I chose to focus on is decreasing buffering. Buffering for me is excessive instagram scrolling, online shopping/browsing, & online “researching”

I have decided to decrease my instagram usage to 3 times a day for 5 minutes, schedule in online shopping & researching with specific purposes/outcomes in mind.

I guess the hardest one for me is instagram- keeping myself honest with the alotted amount and time. It is so second nature for me to default to it. How do I keep myself honest?
