Week 3 november: not wanting the feelings [GV]


So this is my second month in SCS, and Brooke mentioned in the podcasts “this is Self coaching 205”, and damn, this is heavy.
In week 3 Brooke makes us write down the feelings we tend to avoid, the thoughts that cause this and a plan to feel it on purpose.

Now, I’m feeling insecure sometimes, but why would I want to keep feeling this, if this is not helping me more forward? Not in my life or in my business?
Or is it that by feeling insecure I will be driven to create better work? I’m stuck here…

I can’t directly connect any indulgences related to these feelings, I think I just tuck them away. Isn’t that what we want to do to overcome it?
