Since I’ve gained back the weight I lose, my brain feels so clouded and I can’t even seem to work a model.
Here is what I have :
C: scale is up 10 lbs
T: I’m out of control
A: let my lower brain make the decisions
R: gain weight.
C: scale up 10 lbs
A: Eat on protocol
R: Lose weight.
What are some thoughts that can make me feel excited?
Usually I put something I can wear when I’m thin or somewhere I can go, but with quarantine I don’t have anything coming up that I can get excited about.
I tried putting “weight loss doesn’t have to be a struggle” but it doesn’t excite me nor is it believable.
