Weighing and measuring


I started the weighing and measuring protocol Brooke recommends in the Stop Overeating Master Class.

Lunch: 6 ounces of vegetables, 4 ounces of protein, 2tb fat
Dinner: 10 ounces of vegetables, 4 ounces of protein, 2tb fat

Question: If I’m full, should I continue eating my vegetables if I haven’t finished my allotted ounces for that meal?
