Weight loss

In the three months I have been following the weight loss program, I lost 19 lbs. Last month I only lost 2.5 lbs. I have been fasting from 6 or 6:30 pm until 1 PM. I only drink coffee in the morning with a bit of cream (1 or 2 cups). I have not been measuring my protein and I
don’t have more than 1 joy eat per week, it that. I don’t have snacks and don’t even desire them any more.
I do have a pretty good variety of foods in my protocol, like fish, chicken, beans , sweet potato , potatoes, salad , green veggies, cheese and not too many fruits.
BTW I am 67 and my initial weight was 178. My goal was to lose 30 lbs. Any suggestions? Thank you
