I lost 32 pounds since I started the weight loss journey in July, and I was exercising 3 hours a day. Two days ago, I hurt my foot and I am totally discouraged because now I cannot run and walk at the same intensity and I start to eat more due to whatever reason it is. I gained 4 pounds back in the last 3 days and I am panicking.
C: hurt foot and gained 4 lbs back
T: shoot, I am derailing my plan and ruining my progress
F: Extremely anxious and disappointed and upset (don’t know when will i be able to get back to exercise)
A: Feeling down, lying on bed, binge eating sugars and cravings (can’t exercise anymore)
