Weight loss and intermittent fasting


I have been doing the weight loss program for 3 weeks plus and in the first two weeks, I lost 8 pounds. Since then I lost 2 more pounds.
For the past 4 days, I gain one and lose one. I want to start fasting from 2pm until 8am. This, of course, is a 6-hour eating window.
And according to Brooke, we should eat 2 meals according to protocol.
If I do the 4-hour window, should I still have 2 meals or can I eat, the meals I am going to have but in more than 2 sessions, as long as they are within the 4-hour window? I am a little bit confused. Thank you.
