Weight-loss and my hard why


I’ve been struggling with the thought if I can love myself now, then why lose weight. I’ve always wanted it before so I would no longer be miserable! I know now that’s were just thought about myself. So I’m coming up with my list of Why I want to lose weight now. Are there other things I could focus on to stay on track?

Why’s

1. I want to be able to shop at any store.
2. I don’t want to be a slave to food.
3. I want more energy
4. I don’t want digestive issues anymore
5. I want to be an example to my family and show them it can be done.
6. I want to know I can do it, so I can help others when I become a coach.
7. I know I can love myself exactly as I am, but I still want so much more for my health.
8. I want to enjoy going to theme parks with my kids and husband, (not be tired and winded and feel like the bar isn’t going to latch)
9. I don’t want my clothes to cut into me anymore
10. I want to give up sugar for the health of my MIND!
11. I want to be a better volleyball player
12. I want to be more flexible
13. I want to be stronger
