So, my big goal for the year is to lose weight. Just as I was doubling down on my goal–starting to really follow my protocol 100%, do intermittent fasting, etc, I find out I’m pregnant.
I am so happy to be pregnant, I’ve wanted another baby for a long time, and I’m so excited and grateful for this baby.
Can I still try to become fat adapted while pregnant? Is that safe? I can’t imagine eating healthy and cutting out flour and sugar would hurt anything. What about Intermittent Fasting?
