Hi, I have a weight loss client who started at 151.4 and after 6 weeks is at 149.6. She’s been following her protocol (2 meals a day) with coffee and cream in the morning. She says she’s feeling satiated at her 2 meals however I suspect they are not very large meals.
I’ve been watching everything in the study vault on weight loss and I can’t seem to figure out what is going on here. I’m wondering if you have suggestions on what to try. I’m considering protocol cycling however she often does the 20hr fast already and she’s a vegetarian so I’m wondering if it would be possible to do the carbohydrate cycling.
She’s told me her thyroid levels are normal.
Would love any suggestions or advice on things I may have missed.
