Weight Loss Goal


I am 5’7″ and 59 years old. I use to weigh 135 and felt great at that weight. An easier weight to maintain was 160. Last time I lost weight a lot of weight (7 years ago) I got down to 160. I would like to weigh 135 again but am 1) doubtful of my ability to get there and 2) worried I will look too old and thin at this age. My experience is that people that lose weight in their 50s can easily look too thin. My fear of losing weight and looking bad (old and haggard) has me not fully committing to a goal weight. (I currently weight 220. My highest weight was 270 10 years ago.)
