Is is silly to target foodies who want to lose weight?
These are people who identify themselves as people who love to eat, love good food, love to cook, etc.
But they, of course, over eat and weigh too much. They want to weigh less, but still enjoy food.
I would narrow down to women in their 40s who love food, love to cook, and have about 10-20lbs that they would like to lose.
Any advice is appreciated! 🙂
