I started out doing Brooke’s method of weight loss. No flour or sugar, intermittent fasting, and eating on a protocol. I lost weight. I am at a point where I wonder if I would be better served doing moderation? I also wonder if where to start with the weight loss section. Is it the June goals? Her books? I am not sure where to turn at this particular juncture. Some guidance would be appreciated because there are lots of materials to pick from.
