Weight Loss Protocol Question

I’ve had to modify my protocol a bit during the Covid.  We don’t get to the store as often and don’t have as many fresh fruits and vegetables available as we used to. My kids are at home most days and I don’t want to prepare separate meals for myself and for them.

In my old protocol, I had the same thing for breakfast and lunch everyday at my work’s cafeteria (a small yogurt with coffee for breakfast, a small green leafy salad topped with a mix of veggies and whatever protein they offered at work that day).

Now, I’m trying to get back on a protocol, but instead of having the same thing every day, I’ve written down a sort of menu of options. For example, for breakfast, I can have either 1/3 cup oatmeal with blueberries, 1/3 cup of yogurt with fruit, or an egg. I decide what to have from my “menu” when I wake up based on what we have available and what my kids want that day.

Does that seem ok for the protocol? I’m technically not deciding *exactly* what I’ll eat the day before.
