Weight Loss Question


I am a new scholar and watched the stop overeating course in its entirety and created myself a protocol two weeks ago.
Before Starting the protocol I ate almost every two hours bagels, donuts, pizzas for dinner, ice cream, my days were a binge from the moment I rise till I fell exhausted to bed.

My protocol is this:
Breakfast: 2 cups of decaf coffee with half & half, and water with lemon.
Lunch at 12pm: 9 oz. of non-starchy veggies, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 9 macadamia nuts, 1/2 avocado.
Dinner at 4pm: 8 oz. of sauteed veggies, grilled fish, 8 macadamia nuts.

I also started to exercise for about 30 minutes per day when I started the protocol.

Over the past 13 days since I started this, I lost 5 pounds and weighing myself everyday I notice that my weight keeps shifting from 155 to 154.8 for the last 4 days with no additional change.

I wonder what am I doing wrong? I am insulin-fasting for about 19-20 hours, I eat very precisely, and I exercise.
