Weight loss question


I am new to scholars. My primary goal, at this point, is weight loss. I am about 6 weeks of NFNS and 4 weeks of two meals, no snacking, IF with an eating window of 11am to 7pm. I have lost 8lbs and feel pretty good. I still am experiencing hunger consistently in the mornings. I try to eat high fat with meals and eat from -4 to a +4 but am even eating to more like a +5-+6 some evenings. Any thoughts? Have I just not given it long enough? Will the hunger go away? I’m just allowing the hunger right now, but I do hope that this will go away eventually. Any advice?
