I have lost 20 pounds over the holidays thanks to your stop overeating workshops (204lbs – 184). I still have 50 pounds I want to lose, however I have seemed to stall in my weight loss for the last 3 weeks. I keep away from the flour and sugar most days and have started some strength training I also utilize intermittent fasting 20/4 and have even done 36-40 hour fasts. I plan my meals 24 hours in advance with most success. I understand I must stay intentional to see me to the end but I didnt think i would plateau so early in the game. I continue to work towards mastering my mind especially when it comes to emotional eating. I have quit my bad habit of eating sunflower seed like crazy (they were my go-to buffer), and do not drink. So needless to say things are coming along pretty great but I maybe just need a suggestion or some support of where to go from here. One of my biggest compelling reasons is to get off of my blood pressure meds which i have been on for the last 10 years (since I was 29). How do I break through, double down my efforts when i feel i have already done that and continue to without results?
